Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all relevant parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.
Normal wear and tear is evident, but damage caused by improper handling is not permitted.
Products were thoroughly cleaned before the return process began. 
The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this period.

The products have been worn no more than once.

Please note: Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control and do not constitute a valid reason for a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
